I’m blessed. Simple as that. Looking around and seeing mountains covered in greenery, or sheer bluffs of majestic splendor. I’m blessed.
The last few days have been packed with so many reminders. We have trekked 16 hours from Joplin, MO to Flagstaff, AZ. We have spent 10 hours at the GRAND CANYON!!
And now we are at Fort Lewis College, nestled down in the valley of mountains.
And see, having spent so much time in nature these last few days has really been as peaceful a time as I have had in a long time. I’m not focused on problems or trials. I’m rather focused on beauty.
The beauty of nature.
The beauty of His peace. The beauty of His love. The beauty of His joy. The beauty of His presence. I know He is here.
And it has been that incredible sense of Him being right here that has been therapeutic for my soul and heart. It is almost as if there is a clarity of soul and mind that is taking place, replacing the frenetic pace of my thinking and feeling processes. It is truly indescribable.
God has something for us here. I can’t wait to continue to see how He reveals it to us.
Be blessed, fam!
