The simplest definition of leadership is influencing others to do something while working towards a common goal or agenda. In 2022, I’m focusing on becoming a better leader in all areas of my life. Leaders must be the change they want to see. It starts with us being willing to do what we are asking if others. We become servants, good stewards, responsible and goal getters. As we become what we want to see, those who follow us will also become that.
