The simplest definition of leadership is influencing others to do something while working towards a common goal or agenda. In 2022, I’m focusing on becoming a better leader in all areas of my life. As I grow, I’m sharing lessons and stories along the way. Thanks for tuning in and I hope something I share resonates with you in your leadership (influence) journey.
One of the most difficult things to do is to keep going when you feel like quitting. We’ve all had those moments when we wanted to leave the race, stop a project, give up on the team or any number of other reasons. Usually these feelings are fueled by frustration, anger, tiredness, burnout or unhappiness. But if we keep going, we’ll usually find that we’re closer than we think. We have the necessary tools within to finish the job.
Finish what you start even if you have to reevaluate or slow your pace. Take the next step and allow God’s grace to help you stay on pace. On the other side of adversity and challenges is breakthrough. You can do this!
