A community organization that I am apart introduced me to a place called Compassion House. I applied for a position on their board. I wasn’t chosen but their director reach asking if I would still help events. Of course, I replied yes.

Now, I am leading registration for one of their biggest fundraisers. It is cycling event called Tour de Taco. I am not a cyclist in no way shape, form, or fashion. But this event is very intriguing. Currently, there are 600 people signed up. That’s amazing. People from all over come to ride the trails and get tacos at very pit stops. How cool is that?

Who is Compassion House? They are an organization that assist teenage pregnant ladies. They over support in various ways and it’s the only place of its kind in the state of Arkansas.

Tour de Taco is scheduled for Saturday, September 11th. The registration team has to be in place at 5 am. People who personally know me know that this is a HUGE sacrifice for me cause I am not an early bird at all.
