“Your talent determines what you can do. Your motivation determines how much you will do. Your attitude determines how well you will do it.”- Lou Holtz
Each of us has talent, skills and abilities. But that’s not enough. Being highly skilled but lacking motivation, equates to you doing nothing. Being highly skilled and motivated but having a bad attitude causes you to produce sub-par work.
To go beyond stuck and reach your greatest potential, it will require talent, motivation and attitude.
What talents or skills do you possess?
Are you motivated to use your talents?
What is your attitude toward your talents?
