Chef Marta Presents

Those of you following me on Facebook and Instagram may have noticed I’ve ramped you my cooking videos with #QuarantineKitchenSolutions. A number of cooks and chefs are sharing tips for how to cook delicious and healthy meals despite some of the food shortages we have all been experiencing since COVID-19 forced us into quarantine and physical isolation protocols. I thought I’d share some of my favorites so far.

Of course I’m going to start with my adventures. I love finding ways to mix things up and work with my spices and seasonings. I’ve had a lot of fish dishes because chicken and beef have been difficult to find for the last month. I would love for you to subscribe and follow along on this cooking adventure with me. It looks like I will have several weeks to keep on creating culinary magic.
