Those of you following me on Facebook and Instagram may have noticed I’ve ramped you my cooking videos with #QuarantineKitchenSolutions. A number of cooks and chefs are sharing tips for how to cook delicious and healthy meals despite some of the food shortages we have all been experiencing since COVID-19 forced us into quarantine and physical isolation protocols. I thought I’d share some of my favorites so far.
Of course I’m going to start with my adventures. I love finding ways to mix things up and work with my spices and seasonings. I’ve had a lot of fish dishes because chicken and beef have been difficult to find for the last month. I would love for you to subscribe and follow along on this cooking adventure with me. There are tons of others who are sharing of their time and talents during this Coronavirus pandemic. Try searching #quaratinekitchen and you can literally have your pick of inspiration. Cooking is one of those things that can help us stay grounded so grab an apron, prop your phone or tablet up in a safe dry place and let’s all have some fun playing with our food together!
