Today is the last Saturday of the year and the Speak Saturdays post of 2019. I’ve tried to come up with something profound to write about but honestly I have nothing.

And that’s okay. Sometimes we pressure ourselves into thinking we have to end with a bang. That we must have some profound word that will go viral.

So today I simply say goodbye and thank you 2019. Thank you for the memories, the trails, the tribulations, the changes, and everything else in between. I also say thanks to the platform that is the WRITEaddiction. I love reading what my fellow writers publish every week. Always an inspiration.
