In life, we’re constantly in a state of learning and growing. We should never be complacent to remain stagnant. Something that isn’t growing is actually dying.  The choice is ours—to move forward or wallow where we are.

As we learn, grow and develop, we are getting prepared for the next step.  Where you are may not be your final stop. It may merely be a stepping stone.  Learn all you can so you’re in the best position for promotion.

Sometimes getting in the best position requires moving or changing your environment.  For example, if you’re selling your car and you have it positioned in a small town on a hardly ever traveled road, the chances of it getting noticed and eventually purchased are slim.  However, positioning the car in a larger city on a busy street dramatically increases the chances it will get seen and purchased.  Know where you are and where you need to be.

Finally, once you’re prepared and in the best position, you are ready for the next level.  At that intersection, success is waiting. Keep preparing and positioning yourself for the next level!
