The holiday shopping season is among us. Influx of email coupons and saving texts. Oh, the temptation has been great because who doesn’t want to save 40 percent off their favorite item. But I resisted the temptation and did not go shopping in person or online this Black Friday season.

I was a smart adult and paid my bills on Friday. There was a time I would shop first and take care of house later. Looking back that was so silly and super stressful.

So, I will brag that I did good this past Friday. Let’s see if I can keep it up on Cyber Monday.
