Transformative Thursdays: Gratitude

Gratitude changes your perspective.  It allows you to focus on the things that are going right.  We can all find something to complain about but when we choose to focus on the positive, our outlook suddenly changes.  We realize we are better off than we first thought.  We are blessed to be alive.

Consider taking a few minutes each day to “count your blessings”.  Take a few moments to dwell on the “right” things and watch your attitude and outlook change. Gratitude positions you for greater things.  What are you thankful for?
