Do you ever write out your thoughts? Do you have goals that are written down somewhere? Do you put your pen to the paper and write out your frustrations?
I’ve recently started back journaling and the process has been very therapeutic. I take this time to write out my goals. Sometimes I chose a specific topic to speak out. Other times I just ramble about any and everything. I also use journaling time to list the pros and cons of situations I am in. And to vent out my frustrations when I am having a bad day.
I encourage everyone to take the art of journaling. It allows you to have the quiet time that we all need. It allows you to keep your writing skills up. It gives you a historical data of where you have grown. And more importantly it give you the space to have the most intimate set of conversations with God.
