So my alarm clock went off at 5:00 am so I can attend a workout class at 5:45 am. I haven’t worked out since Jesus was a baby. Let me tell you I was asking Jesus to be Bengay all day. I am determined to stick with this workout challenge that ends on my birthday. 

I am grateful for the liquid of the Earth.  Water never tasted so good today.
