As we stand on the precipice of a new year, I don’t find myself in any hurry to declare what this new year will bring for me or my family. I see areas of opportunity, and areas of challenge. I see victories, and I also see failures.
What I do know is that God is still working on me. He is still working in me. He has not given up on me yet, so I can’t give up on myself. He is desperately wanting me to realize somethings in order for His will to properly manifest in my life. That process will be painful, but rewarding. I have to go through it.
I’m thankful for this space to clear my head and write the words of my soul upon a blank canvas. I’m thankful for too many things to mention here. Just know that 2015 was a hodgepodge. 2016 will be as well. Regardless of what comes, the new year holds greatness.
I intend to continue striving to carve my own pathway through it.
