🌌 The Council’s Purpose
Eight omnipotent species — ancient, powerful, and divided by philosophy — gather at The Last Roundup, a saloon between stars, to determine whether humanity deserves another dawn after the Eugenics Wars.
Each takes human form, not to deceive, but to understand. Each becomes both judge and student, learning through humanity’s struggle for mercy, imagination, and peace.
Their choices will echo through time — shaping not only the birth of warp flight and First Contact, but the destinies of Jean-Luc Picard and Benjamin Sisko, who will one day meet these same cosmic teachers in their own trials.
