A man sat in a park on a bench and decided that he would have a talk with Time. He said, “Time, I need for you to slowdown. You are going too fast and I am coming too close to the end of my life. I want to still have fun with my family.” A voice that flowed to his ears softly on the wind said, “Time is filled with swift transitions so instead of complaining, enjoy the time that you have and know that it is precious.”
Like this man, I am certain that we have had our conversations with time. We probably had the same conversation and received the same response. I know that you have heard the quote, “Time waits for no man(one).” Well, it is true. Time is filled with swift transitions. Time is fleeting. There is NOTHING slow about time. So stop wasting time.
